These ratings didn't lie! This is a fabulous product. I got this for my dad as a gift from his grandkids. He loves pocket watches and I know he will love it. It's a good weight and the chain is a good length. Opens flawlessly. I had to reset the time, but it wasn't difficult. The gift box is a nice touch, but you won't be able to use it. Suppliers should change the packaging so that it doesn't have a HUGE white sticker that wraps around all sides and you can't carefully remove it.
