Bakes good bread with little effort

I have made about 45 loaves of bread with this machine, mostly white (using active dry yeast) or quick white (using instant yeast). They're easy to make and delicious if you follow the recipe book that comes with them. I was even able to adapt some recipes from different websites by adjusting the ingredient ratio so that the flour came out at around 2°C. Overall the machine runs great, although I have a few medium complaints and a few minor ones: my only real complaint is that the ingredients don't always mix fabulously at first (water/fat causes some flour). /salt/sugar/yeast for sticking to the wall) and therefore burnt things often end up in the bread corner. If that turns out to be most of your salt or sugar, the bread's outcome isn't great. To fix this, I pre-mixed all the dry ingredients except the yeast, then scraped them off the sides when the "add ingredient" beep sounded. With a little more effort you get a perfect, beautiful bread. As long as I'm home all day it's not a problem, but I might feel different when it's not. ), although I realize it's probably difficult. It would also be nice if the instruction manual or recipe book talked about how to make your own recipes. As I said, I've had some success with this, but it would be nice if they explained how. There are a few "homemade" mods out there, so I'm not sure why they didn't.
