Stronger than it seems!
I bought this for my French Bulldog just for the looks. When it arrived I was very happy to find it much heavier and stronger than expected. I can attach his leash to him for a quick potty ride but I don't think he can handle a full walk, especially since my dog is a bit of a puller (he's 30lbs) I might be ok with small dog. I got more compliments than I ever expected! Love it!
