Some time ago, a well-known high-end automotive supplier offered a radio buffer for sale. Wanted to buy but too late. The company has stopped production. Those who received them do not sell. I was hoping it would be the equivalent of this buffer. After using it on a car and a truck for several weeks and refinishing three coats of paint, I am convinced that it is better than what this major brand once offered. It works as well as any buffer, and the sample that got here came with three batteries. As slow as I work I need all three batteries to build a complete car. That means I apply two and need a bit of the third. I could probably use one battery, plug it into a charger and when the second battery dies the first has enough power to finish the job. then polish to a high shine. I'm tired of doing it manually. Adding a little battery power makes a big difference in the effort required. Note: This is not a random orbital but a continuous one, so it is suitable for applying or removing wax or similar material, but is not suitable for cutting and should not be used. Refinement or elimination of defects. I suggest ordering a few more pads at the time of purchase as well, as they come with a spreader, buffer, and mystery grinding wheels.
