Really wish it worked as it was deal of the day at the time of my purchase and therefore the yield was higher than other units in a similar price range. The reviews were good, so I was sure I made the right choice. Bad luck. The first unit I received appeared to pass the power-on self-test, but then only went into 6V mode, which is an issue since it was connected to a dead but relatively new car battery. I wanted to use the "Repair" mode, but attempts to change the mode according to the instructions didn't work. I've disconnected and reconnected (including power) multiple times to no avail. I ordered an exchange from Revain for another of the same device. Same problem and the second device had something rattling inside the case when booting up which never boded well to buy the product due to its stable electrical performance. The icing on the cake: I tried to send an email to the support address given in the manual, but the message came back immediately as there is no such mailbox. Maybe others will do better; Maybe the party is bad. But there's no third chance for me; I went shopping again for the first time. This device is also returned, this time for a refund.
