Converse makes communicating easy: Converse

We can communicate with our customers without taking their attention from other social media platforms. It's very helpful for all of us because we don't need to spend some money in marketing, advertisement when you use this chatbot platform it will help you reach your target so much easier. There is nothing that I dislike about converse but maybe there should be more customization options as it sometimes looks too simple compared to competitors who offer more features like having an ability to add new channels at any time etc., which is good if you are adding many different types of clients such as online marketer as well as physical stores/branches where each client has different needs therefore creating custom solutions is really important. In case something does not work perfectly then we ask our support team and they have fixed problems very quickly. A great tool that allows us to engage with our audience via multiple communication methods and create loyalty between brand and its users. As I I like that it's a simple way to connect with customers and provide them with solutions. I think it's a great tool to help us in our jobs. I don't like that it's a little difficult to understand. I have to read the help guide multiple times to understand how to use the tool. I also think it's a little expensive for some of our customers. The benefits are that we are able to connect with customers in a more effective way. It also helps us to provide our customers with solutions.
