As someone who occasionally gets their hands dirty with dried grease, oil and grime, my favorite product was from Kimberly Clark, who was forced to discontinue the line, apparently due to EPA issues. I've finally found a cleaner that cleans dirty hands just as well, maybe even better. The granularity of the walnut shells is just right and the soap feels just right. I'm planning on getting rid of the pumice stone hand cleanser we currently use, which wasn't very good, and using this hand cleanser at our facility instead.
