Pagers didn't last long

There are 2 sensors in the kit and one of them didn't work right away. The 2nd stopped working now and only worked for 3 more weeks. The instructions are poorly written. I have a lot of options for the alarm sound but I could never get it to program what I choose. When it worked it was loud enough to hear almost everything in the house.
