I agree with everyone else that this is the least useful tool for quilling overall. Border Buddy is great. Crimper is great. The number comb is excellent. To rotate a circle to a specific size, this is almost not necessary. This is great for creating very tight circles that hug dome shapes when creating 3D shapes. Holds the paper firmly and evenly throughout the packaging. Measurement circles can be used to determine when to add the next strip of paper. When you're done wrapping, it's easy to press the paper against it while gluing. (The paper doesn't tear or unfold - worst of all!) So, When embroidering parts to attach to cards or frames, a completely unnecessary tool. If you want to make round shapes, this helps a lot.
