Excellent tool and great customer support
The best part about SAS is that they have excellent training materials for their products which makes learning them easy! There's also so many other tools available to use in conjunction with this product. I wish there were more opportunities within SAS like those offered by HubSpot where we could get paid commissions without having full-time employees at our disposal (which would be too costly). It helps us track all leads generated through social media marketing campaigns as well as email outreach efforts from our team members who work remotely.
Pros
- This software really does help you understand how important it truly is when your business has multiple different channels such as Facebook, Twitter etc..to utilize these platforms properly if not regularly; otherwise clients will eventually forget or lose interest entirely especially after an initial period during peak campaign times
Cons
- Honestly nothing comes immediately springing into mind here but my main complaint was lackluster customer support response time due mostly because its very busy environment
