No low-pass filter
This product works great as an amplifier volume control, but the frequency control is NOT a bass control. This is a subsonic frequency converter that does the opposite of what most people want it to do. It blocks low-frequency sounds, but doesn't prevent mid-bass sounds from reaching the amplifier.
