This patch kit contains everything you need to repair a nail hole in a car tire tread. In fact, it is enough to repair 20 nail holes. The tools seem pretty solid - beefy, and the protrusions don't wobble when I try to bend them. You can replace the "drill twist" part with a burr part, and I'll probably do that since I'm used to it. There is also a replacement poker patch. I've never broken it, but it's good to have a spare. Note that I didn't actually use this kit as I didn't have a punctured car tire and didn't want to puncture my tire just to test my new emergency kit. However, I'm pretty sure it will work fine.
