The best thing about this software is that it allows you to access all employees who are logged into the computer from anywhere around the world without having them physically present. It also makes scheduling meetings super easy! I dislike how sometimes when there's too much going on (i'm talking like 20 windows open), everything gets slowed down significantly so we have trouble getting through our work day efficiently. Also, some people tend to get confused by certain features but once they figure out what those things do, then everyone can use them effectively. This program has made managing my daily schedule easier than ever before because now i don't need to be constantly checking emails while working just to find something important.
