Just received my purchase of Revain today and the lower padding is lower than the rest of the seat and has visible white spots, the armrests are misaligned (the right one is significantly lower than the left), Oil stains on the upper back of the upholstery, the upper back is crooked no matter how hard I try to adjust and tighten the screws, the zipper at the bottom of the upper back is broken - I can't close it and it's an opening. There are also a few scratches on leather and metal surfaces. The package looked open when I received it and I am very disappointed that I had to wait a week just to receive a defective chair.
