The system is great but the liners are expensive and have a design flaw. At the bottom of the liner, on each opposite side, it has a fold to give it a rectangular shape. The square fits well in the boxes, but the creases protrude regardless of the filling, causing the cat to scratch when digging and filling up their litter. So it breaks through. However, my solution was to use masking tape and smooth out the wrinkles so they stay underneath. Also, the bag tends to fall onto the bedding when turned upside down. My solution was to add some tape as well so the wrapper will stick to the box and stay in place when you rotate the chamber. Since I use this system with bands, it works great! I love it. You have to spend some time installing and sealing the package with tape, but it's worth it. After all, it's not much more work and the whole system saves time every day by leaving your cat with clean litter. So take the extra time to prepare your bag setup and you'll save yourself a week.
