Simple, sturdy, regular sized plates
These are quite nice plates, they're thick plastic and quite solidly molded.However, they are just normal plate sized, there's not really much here in regards to actual portion control. Honestly, you can probably fit more on these than your average plate being that they have higher walls.But if you just want some plates that keep your foods separated, they're great.
