Review on E.D.D.I by Jayme Newitt

The best thing about this tool is that it has all you need to build chatbots which are easy enough for end users but powerful at heart when used by developers too! I also find their customer support pretty helpful if needed (even in India!). It's not free version so definitely go ahead only after trying out its demo feature first time around! If there was something i disliked then would be probably lack or some more advanced functionalities available even under trial mode/demo account - like having multiple bots per user etc.. But overall experience working within EDDI platform have been great!! We were solving business problems related sales & marketing using AI powered messenger bot application.
