Buyers beware Good for computers and accessories

Okay, be very careful with that. The problem starts here. After the login attempt, the process becomes cyclic and fails to connect even after multiple attempts. This is where it gets risky. We contacted their online chat service, explained the problem and a service technician called out for "help". Conclusion: After looking at several different windows on my computer and installing remote access software on my computer, a technician announces that you have a trojan and it will cost $89 an hour or up to $600 to get it remove it, and of course I can do the ' I won't be using my computer for the next two hours because my financial information is at risk and other people are now in control of my home network. Well, we have BitDefender installed, so I had to ask this question. After speaking to the folks at BitDefender whose techs were investigating my system, they told me that they are getting similar calls from unscrupulous "techs" trying to sell you a service you don't really want. t is required. BTW we never got the expansion working and it will be sent back to Revain as soon as my hot little hands can grab it. Sometimes when a deal looks too good, you really have to ask yourself why.
