Revainrating 4 out of 5

Rating of the multi-brand breast pads

Overall rating (best to worst)1. Lancinoch2. Medela disposable products3. Johnson 4. Nook5. Washable Natural Nature Nursing Pads6. Reusable Medela Ranking Factors1. How well they worked 2. Size/shape 3. How well they stayed in place 4. General comments on value: Overall, all but one suited me. Every woman is different, but below are reviews of individual products, including what I think are the most important factors. Lansinoh Rating: 5/5 Pad Cost: $0.18. Comes individually wrapped and folded in half. Disposable Medela+ 2 adhesive strips to keep them in place. A bit expensive. Disposable labels from Medela. Rating: 4.5/5. Lansinoh, but not bad Johnson's Rating: 4/5 Pad Cost: $0.17 Ships in a stack in a box, not folded or individually wrapped Packaging like all other disposable products. I liked it but if you are carrying extra bandages from home this may be less desirable.- There is only 1 adhesive tab to keep it in place. Large size - not contoured - only has 1 glue tab to hold in place. Washable Natural Nature nursing pads. replace as soon as a leak occurs. Comments: Good product but not for me for everyday use. They're fine for around the house, but I prefer disposable items, especially when I'm going out. With reusable products, they don't absorb moisture or store it like single-use products. This can cause irritation if not replaced in time Medela Reusable Pads Rating: 1/5 stars I bought these as part of a set from Target and wasn't happy. When buying reusable pads, buy one with a waterproof backing.
