Type of review

I had a bad case of thrush and had to switch to disposable pads to avoid constantly reintroducing yeast into my nipples (ugh). I've tried them all! Lanisohs absorb well but are itchy and they don't bunch up well if you keep snapping and opening your feeder tank. The medelas were ok but had an odd shape that really stood out when wearing a cotton bra or tank top with no extra padding. The bamboos were very soft but with a plastic lining that prevented my nipples from venting and breathing which…

Very absorbent, suitable for breastfeeding

I have tried many nursing pads. I breastfed my son for a year and am now 5 weeks old. These were my pads with my son after trying a few of these and now after trying a few I'm only using these again! First of all, these are some of the most absorbent pads I've tried and hold A LOT. The night will be a test for every nursing pad and it always passes. I've never had any leaks with them. Second, I like that there isn't as much packaging. With two babies I just need to be able to pick them up, put…

Small and lumpy best when breastfeeding

I've been breastfeeding for 8 months now. The first few years (no sticky back) sold out than the ones I usually buy, so I went out to buy them. If you used lanolin (purple box) or when you were young and have large boobs (I only have a D if I feed Bs if not) I don't recommend these. They have a rather small diameter and a strange shape of the nipple indentation. Leaves a nice nipple shape on the outside of the shirt. They don't stay put either. At first I thought it was my fault for not using…

Difference between Johnson nursing pads and Lansinoh nursing pads

If you are breastfeeding then you probably need nursing pads. As a mother of two, I have tried two different types of disposable nursing pads as well as washable bamboo nursing pads. I noticed quite a big difference between Lansinoh and Johnson pads (you can easily see the difference in the picture I posted) so hopefully this review helps! pack up and go. They have a shape that I found a bit uncomfortable to wear. The shape might suit smaller cups but being a size D the pads not only fit but…

Very good nursing pads

As a new mum with a VERY high amount of milk, I have tried out several different nursing pads over the past few months. Here's my review of each: Johnson's Nursing Pads - Pack of 60: These are my FAVORITE pads of the day. They don't last as long as Amed, so they're not as reliable overnight. However, they are very soft and comfortable for delicate breasts. They also have a nice shape that is more discreet than other brands. I also like that they aren't packaged in pairs or individually, but are
