I have been using these scrubbers for many years. 3 of them have served me for a long time. I love that they don't scratch my nonstick pans and are easy to sanitize and compost. If one gets too greasy I just toss it in a pot of boiling water to clean it all up. I've never used it on my body so I can't comment on the scrub. As a rule, you can't go wrong in choosing them as your cleaning scrubber. The only thing I didn't like about my last order was that the sponges were much shorter and narrower than my first order. Maybe it's just a difference in yield. I think these current ones are too tight to wash dishes but I manage.
