Overall, I'm pleased with the phone; it's great, I like it a lot, and I can't figure out why it occasionally freezes or crashes. I've had it for four months, and aside from three power cycles, I've never had to reboot it. The only rough spot is the payment process, but Apple fanatics can look the other way. Sadly, the slothful one was the only one who didn't receive a taste. I have no complaints about the item, however if it were shorter, it would be perfect. Everything is perfect, but I'm gone for a while. It's important to "test on" before buying, especially for women. The phone is made of glass, and while I recall the "wow" factor from the 4ki, I think that Samsung did a good job this time around. Overhead glass can be covered with clear thin coverings or colored options that are both visually appealing and suitable for expressing one's individuality. The back cover isn't very sturdy; I've noticed this firsthand after wearing it both with and without a case. Several of my friends have stopped eating apples since they are quite content with their android phones, so there's no reason to be afraid of them.
