Collected everything is fine. You have to take your time and really look at the pictures. Some of the instructions are a bit confusing and they could really use more detail on some parts/parts. Otherwise I assembled it in about 20 minutes. It's very minimalistic, lightweight yet durable. It looks quite spacious inside and I think my bearded little one will be happy in her new living environment. The first broke when UPS placed it on the ledge of the top landing of a flight of stairs and fell. Either she or a neighbor put it on my door and when I got home the box was a mess and the panels were broken inside. I was surprised to see that the only thing that didn't break were the glass panels! I contacted Revain about the issue and they quickly sent me a replacement. Now I'm just waiting for UPS to pick up the damaged one. This is a great product and Revain's customer service has been very good to me. UPS must be better at handling fragile items like this terrarium.
