This company gave me a discount in exchange for my review and it's still not worth the money and neither is the company. First, the product is very difficult to stretch on a large phone. So much so that I was afraid the screen of my Galaxy S9+ would crack from the force the straps are exerting on it. It never happened, but it still bothered me, and because he was so small it was very, very difficult to tighten the ties around him. Definitely not suitable for large phones. Second, there is no customer service. It broke after just a few months of use (the plastic holding the straps had detached from the case holding the phone) and I emailed customer service because the product is backed by a lifetime hassle-free warranty. You have brought me to a dead end. I haven't heard from them at all, so not only is it not without its problems, it's also without a guarantee. Third, the straps are quite flimsy and require a good tug to keep them on your arm. tight because there is not much friction to prevent slipping (especially for large and heavy phones). I didn't really care as I just pulled it over my biceps and let it slide around a bit during a workout, but for runners it can certainly be annoying (or make you pull so hard it shuts off circulation, which I did a couple of times because it was annoying). Overall I would have given it 3 stars if it wasn't for the terrible customer service and lies about the warranty but in this case I really wish I could put a zero as I don't like being lied to.
