I don't usually give a bad review, but this time I have to. As soon as I received the earbuds I tried them out as they are a gift I followed the instructions and the moment I connected them to my phone the earbud on the left didn't work when I put it in plugged it back in. In this case, I noticed that when charging, the indicator just flashes, wait a day, charge fully and try again. Same thing happened, the headphone light on the left kept flashing and I was never able to turn it on like I did on the right.
