This is the "first five star rating" based on my unboxing, inspection, installation and a couple of short (empty) rides. mentioned problems in the quality control of Ibera bags. I have inspected it carefully for loose stitching, protruding threads, loose zippers, snapped clasps, etc. and found nothing bad. The zippers were strong and smooth. Velcro fasteners were firmly fixed and were the same length. The piping was done straight and the overall proportions were as shown in the picture. I have a 1990 Schwinn Worldsport with a chromoly frame and a Xéfal pump mounted just in front of my seat tube. I was concerned that a pair of velcro straps around the pump and hose would not tighten. No problem. I had enough material to overlap it by at least half an inch, which keeps the bag securely in place without making it wobble. The width is comfortable even on a narrow bike like the Worldsport. I haven't kicked it and unless it were too stuffed I wouldn't expect it to be a problem. The bottom corner was also a bit of an issue for me as I didn't want it to get in the way of my bottle cage. Again, my fears were unfounded. When properly attached to the top bar (i.e. when the top of the bag fits snugly against the bottom of the top bar), my water bottle has enough room to go in and out of the cage without being obstructed by the bag. All in all it looks like good value for money. It fits well, seems well made, is handy with an inside zip pocket and two outside pockets (I have a large bag), attaches easily (and securely), and doesn't cost an arm or hand. Leg.
