Review on 🏎️ Sunshine Go-Kart Seat Attachment Accessory for 6.5'', 8'', and 10'' Two Wheel Self Balancing Scooters by David Dober

First of all, this product is a GREAT addition to a hoverboard. We bought this for our 5 year old daughter as I was concerned she wouldn't learn how to balance on a hoverboard right away which made her a toy she probably wouldn't play with. This card appendix provides an introduction to basic hoverboard mechanics and I wanted to use it first. She had a great time. She learned to ride it pretty fast and started turning and backing up shortly after practice. The packing list (image) lists the items that should be included. All items circled in the picture are missing: (2) elbow pads, (2) knee pads, (2) handcuffs, (4) hat, (1) helmet. Sent a message to customer service asking them to ship the missing items. The answer was: "Protective gear (helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, handcuffs) is only available in the black kart. The other 3 colors do not include this equipment (safety equipment is only shown under black on the product detail page) "I understand that the other 3 colors do not represent the image of the safety equipment. However, your own packing slip, which you provided in MY package, states that these items should have been in MY package, but they were not delivered. If you intentionally don't include the items in other versions of the product, why include a packing list showing the items? Why not change your packing list to something like "not all items come in specific color schemes". Then I wouldn't have any issues and wouldn't expect those elements to result in a bad customer experience.
