Great screen but high panel noise

The color is excellent. "HDR" looks like HDR, but it's not real HDR. The options are great, like overdrive, v-sync, and more. The real MVP is a boner that can spin for a penny. I wanted to keep the screen, but one morning I turned it on and noticed high frequencies coming from the top of the screen. The sound came from the center of the vents. Once I heard it, I could never hear it. With tons of background noise, this isn't a problem, but when the screen turns on, the hissing starts... I'm not sure exactly what it is. I will exchange/refund and hopefully the next model will not have this sound because for this price I have no problems with the quality of the screen and HZ. I checked other monitors, but none of them emitted an audible noise more than a few inches from the vents. Maybe just the wiring on my specific model?
