Not for Hardbags Harley
Fit to 2003 flstc was about what I expected for the price and worked well. However, the quick release attachment system will not work with Harley bags because the attachment pins are too large in diameter to slip through the bag's grommets. I cut the pins and reamed the mounting brackets to use the standard threaded fasteners. The fasteners that came with it didn't look secure anyway. My bags won't fall.
