HTT Saddlebag Conversion Heritage 1984 2013 Review

Bag quick release buckles are great for unloading saddlebags on the highway. About $700 worth of tools and equipment lost.

Bracket left Holes do not match. I have to subpoena both sides to even get close. This was an attempt to install it on my 2012 Harley Deluxe.

Fit to 2003 flstc was about what I expected for the price and worked well. However, the quick release attachment system will not work with Harley bags because the attachment pins are too large in diameter to slip through the bag's grommets. I cut the pins and reamed the mounting brackets to use the standard threaded fasteners. The fasteners that came with it didn't look secure anyway. My bags won't fall.

They don't match the 2007 classic at all! The hole clips are completely in the wrong place and far away! These are common road and street snowmobile mounting brackets. I spent time and money on them, was excited when I got them because I waited a week to put on my hard bags only to get very angry and frustrated when I wanted to put them on only to be disappointed , because they can. Chrome luggage conversion brackets arrived quickly, packaging was very appropriate. They look good and appear to be of decent and acceptable quality, I have no doubts about the quality of the steel or the chrome plating. No instructions lead to some frustration but eventually find out. Installing the left side was very easy initially, it was a bit tricky to break the seal on the stock screws.
