Review on 💡 Enhanced LED Light Cannon by Underwater Kinetics (L1) by Michael Schafer

Purchased 3rd October 2016 and arrived 11th October 2016 When it first arrived in the mail I opened it up and put it back together from the start. I checked the high beam function, it works fine. I checked the low beam function, it doesn't work at all. I turned the rotary switch to the "off" position and then turned on the low beams several times and it worked "sometimes". I was a bit discouraged that the low beam didn't work. So I went to fix the problem. I unscrewed the lens holding the battery in the frame of the case, shook the lens cover slightly and heard something rattling inside. So I loosened the 3 screws holding the solid state motherboard behind the lens and 4 small pieces that looked like ceramic balls fell out. I'm not sure what it was, but something was rattling in the lens cap. So put the flashlight back together and tested the low beam and high beam again, now both functions work perfectly. I even turned on the low and high beams and shook the light to see if the light went out, works great. In conclusion, I don't really know what it was, but I'm pretty sure some of those parts were blocking the low beam connection. I don't know if that's an important device either. Now I need to test it in the water to make sure it's waterproof. Pros: - the light it emits is really really bright - comes with an adjustable strap that fits ALL wrist sizes - batteries are already included in the flashlight - the small light is so very portable Cons: - the low beam didn't work right out of the box and I didn't know if those details mattered to the gear. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a scuba or dive light etc. Just check every little detail this lamp has to offer and return an item if you are not satisfied. This is my opinion on the product. :)
