A broken mug is a waste of time and money.

This would be the perfect birthday present for a colleague. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. The outer box is in perfect condition. The inner box is in perfect condition. The handle of the mug is broken in the bubble wrap. Now I have to go to the trouble of returning an item and now I'm making a belated birthday gift.
