I was very happy about this product. I went broke and spent a lot more than I wanted to; However, I reasoned that I would have it for a very long time and would support Master. I love getting useful handmade items. It looks beautiful on the table and in the kitchen. I was expecting a top quality, well made product. However, this is NOT what I got. I was so disappointed. The biggest problem is that it wasn't a "finished" piece. It's rough and unfinished. I've bought many handmade products from health food stores, craft markets, etc. that have been much better, very well made, and an impressive piece of art. Pros: Item arrived on time and was packaged well. Nothing that impressive. I definitely got better when included a nice note and more impressive packaging for less expensive (non-handmade) products. Also, it seems to be quite durable and has no cracks or anything like that. I'm pretty sure it's carved from a single piece of wood. I've used it and it works fine, but it's just not worth the money. To be honest I just have a weird feeling and I would NOT recommend this product or any other product from this company. Perhaps this is a copy of the product for cats.
