Review on πŸ”Š Infinity PR9603IS 6X9 90W Primus Series Coaxial Speaker: Enhanced with Edge-Driven Textile Tweeter for Superior Sound Quality by Greg Birchfield

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Sounds good on the 2013 tundra.

I installed these Infinity PR9603IS 6 x 9 speakers in the front doors of my 2013 Toyota Tundra Crew Cab (not JBL). They sound good, like the Infinity speakers I used to have at home and the 6.5 inch Infinity speakers I have in my other car. I like their bright sound, you can tell they make the sound more spacious than standard speakers. They are slightly louder than regular speakers. Supplies are running out, I definitely don't need a separate amp. I used Metra 82-8146 speaker adapters and a Metra 72-8104 wire harness for a hassle free installation. Total installation time was about an hour for both sides. YouTube TacoTunes really helps in learning how to remove door panels. Infinity speakers removed the window rail and door panel grille with Metra adapters with no issues. I've been debating for a month whether to put them in, JBL, Alpine or Rockfords and I have no regrets at all that I chose these speakers are Infinity.
