It's very easy to use with all the information about my business in a few clicks. You can easily see what your current position is compared to others around you in terms of customer satisfaction or complaints ratio. I've been using this tool for 3 years now and never had any problems so far. The only thing i dislike is how it sometimes takes some time before results are displayed but overall great service. For managing reviews from customers as well as monitoring competitors we have used this platform over many times without finding anything negative out of our experience.
