Overall they are really good.
Definitely not worth $15. They probably cost less than $1 to make. However, they offer the comfort I need to relieve my ankle in skates. It works. I didn't want to cry anymore after putting on my skates and felt nothing while skating. My advice is not to use glue. Why bother? Your foot and boot hold it in place and it doesn't move. Just stick it where you feel most comfortable and tie your skates nice and tight.
