Upset and disappointed, product is very bad!
The headphones are excellent, but here's the problem - there was an activation code for 7.1 in the box . Not a working code. Support cannot replace/restore/activate it and they don't care that you bought their products. I don’t know how much this function can change the sound, but the situation itself leaves an extremely unpleasant aftertaste.
