1 out of 3 not working and we need all 3 charging cables as the plugs are never where you need them! Four months of use and 1/3 of the cables aren't working so we're wondering when the other 2 will fail. I used a 10ft cable to charge my MacBook Air 2019 and I come back later and the laptop never charged. It makes it worse because you thought it was operational and it isn't. If I were to charge while using the laptop, it would signal that it was entering and exiting charging mode, which is very annoying. MacBooks are known to have a weak point with the charging ports on laptops, so my husband bought us magnetic pull-off plugs (Mag Safe Adapters, available from Revain) and we fixed the problem. My husband traded 10ft cables with me and my computer is finally charging properly. He tried my old cable on his MacBook Pro and the cable does the same to him, so the cable goes in the bin. We have multiple JSaux cables and have NEVER had this issue so I'm ordering one of these today to replace the third cable we need for our work.
