We have been using it for a month. Not a bad technique. There are not many powerful combines capable of, for example, kneading thick dough. With the combine, a noodle set, a meat grinder and a food processor were purchased. Everything suits a kilogram of dough, it kneads easily, without straining. There is no disc in the shredding set that would shred thinly, for example - 1.5 mm. Usually it was the other way around, when using the previous technique, it is a pleasure to make noodles. The process happens quickly and without any effort. In general, I like everything, everything suits. Now is not a very pleasant moment. He kneads the dough, visually it doesn’t feel like it’s hard for him to do it, but after a month of work, lubricant began to drip from the node where the nozzles are connected (beaters and dough hook). Presumably this happened from a heavy load (in fact, it was loaded only half of the declared manufacturer). I think that from the warping of the planetary disk, the stuffing box bends and the lubricant comes out drop by drop during operation. Appeared (so far very subtle) crunch of the gears of the gearbox or the crunch of some kind of bearing. Sounds very similar. And this is all after a month of use! The price of the device (with all the scrub) is about 80 thousand! Somehow this doesn’t make me very happy. But all the same, in general, everything is solid and reliable. The meat grinder is still rather weak in terms of "thickness". It’s not very thoughtful that you put meat in it, you need to press it down, but there’s no stop! Half of the meat grinder in the air is also located from pressure (someday you can just slam it) or break the bayonet. We will try to exchange the combine for the same one, well, or at least the gland will change the way.
