I am very happy with this purchase. I had a little trouble building it. The first went smoothly. The second didn't close and just didn't fit. I noticed that there were grooves on the sides of the key shell holder. You put your key in the widest part of the key shell. This will be a very tight fit so I will tell you to lightly grease the top of the shank just below the bore. Oil seemed to work better than fat. This eliminates the hole alignment problem. Second, I slipped the key shell into the back of the fob and attached it and then put the key in, which was better than putting the key in the shell just because it gives you more grip while you're trying to put the key all the way in insert the sleeve and align these holes. Then just attach the rest of the inside of the old key fob, put on the top and tighten the screw, done. Funny that I didn't notice any ridges or problems closing the first one. But if you do, it could be because you have grooves too. Update 07/01/2021 One just tore completely when trying to turn the key, and mine is also brittle, parts are falling off next to the key. I'm ordering two more because I still like them. Hopefully the next one will be longer. I am changing my rating from 5 to 4 stars
