I was very excited when I ordered this. I received it within 3 days and was looking forward to installing it. Then I opened the box. The screen looked high quality, lots of cables included, then I looked at the installation instructions (and I use that term very loosely). Those "instructions" are a complete joke and the youtube link they give you is even worse. The instructions are incomplete, misspelled and completely contradict the video. There is no dialogue in the video, just a guy who installs it in ten minutes without saying a word. I was like ok I can do this so I took the car apart and plugged everything in, there are so many wires on this thing it's impossible to put them all back together and put the head unit back in place. Turn on the stereo to make sure it's working properly before I try my best to patch up the wires. It starts up fine but every key I press the screen goes black and then it just restarts with an error code that I need a software update. You cannot call customer service as the company is located in China. They provide a WeChat number to call but no one answers or calls back. I never got this thing to work and ended up returning it after spending my whole weekend with this piece of junk. Oh, and the UI doesn't match the pictures you see in the product description! Buyer warning! The thing is absolute junk!
