No instructions, but easy to understand based on the photo on the packaging. It took a lot of trial and error to find the best spot to attach to the bike frame. It would be easier if the mounts were a bit bigger as many mountain bike frames get pretty big. Very strong and holds my heavy e-bike very securely. I searched for a long time until I came across this running board. When driving over rough terrain, the clamp slipped constantly. The surfaces are too slippery. Place the double velcro on the velcro on either side of the clip and tighten. Stay in place for now.
