Defect on Right Side
The climber was great for 1 week. However, the right side started to slide rough. I noticed the mechanism on the right step started rubbing against the metal. From my photo, you can see the rubber flakes. If you watch the video, you can hear the harsh rubbing.Updated: Contacted customer with problem. They sent me replacement roller to install. However, same problem continued with new part. I let them know the problem persisted. Doufit sent me a completely new machine. This machine seems to work better than the previous one. It glides much more smoothly.
