The brochure is not clear about the charging access. Revain shows much clearer instructions. The plastic strip doesn't come off easily (shouldn't) and a new user might be afraid of breaking something. Since the bands are purple, I think GoFit should offer the option/purchase of a blood thinning band with a warning. I am hard of hearing and did I even buy this device or is it a vibrator. I was able to set the alarm but it never vibrated at the time I said it would vibrate when I plugged in to charge or unplugged from charging. Also, I've set it to vibrate on my calls, it doesn't vibrate on my calls, so I vote for this device. The wrist app is designed for multiple devices, not just your own.
