I read all the reviews and decided to throw the dice anyway. I wish I didn't have it. I knew the hardware that came with these curtains would be useless, I didn't know how useless. The hooks they send to hang the curtains are too small. The rope that is run to traverse the top to make sure it doesn't sag is too short. I had to buy extra hook and rope. The topper is too big. The curtains are too long and too wide. The pattern is terrible. The topper is so poorly cut that the top half of the image is missing, so it's only two pairs of legs. They block the light but I certainly wouldn't classify them as windproof or lightproof. If you absolutely don't need them, don't take them. I'm a night worker, I need something to block out the light while I sleep during the day. They look awful, the light is filtered, not blocked.
