I loved my instant pot and bragged about it to everyone. Cooking dog food was so easy! I put in food and water, hit the pressure cooker and like magic everything was ready when it beeped. It wasn't difficult to get used to the pressure. It was easy to use. Until last week. My pan just wouldn't turn on! I tried other outlets and other electronics, so it wasn't an outlet. I put the pot on a different outlet, nothing. It was a pot. The guide provided clear troubleshooting instructions depending on what was wrong. Not turning on meant the board had exploded and I was advised to call support, which I did. When you call, an automated message asks you to connect to the internet and issue a ticket, as this company obviously doesn't want to be disturbed by 'conversations' with their customers. So I do it. A day later no response! So I write a letter asking for help. This time I will email them the same information. Nothing from them until Friday! I had to fix the pot on Tuesday. However on Thursday I had had enough and called Revain who luckily knows how to deal with customers and was able to refund me for the product and I sent it back to them. The pot was less than a year old and still under warranty! Even Revain tried to contact the company but they couldn't get an answer! Beware of this brand! I would look for another pressure cooker because if it breaks, and it most likely will, you won't get help for days. My first attempt to post this Revain review was blocked for an unknown reason. This should be made public, although people should know which company it is.
