The chair arrived in a badly crumpled box. When opened, the chair was undamaged. So don't let the box fool you. Eight screws have been pre-installed to make it easier to determine the correct screw position. The screws are designed for heavy-duty applications. The wheels are large, the chair moves smoothly on the carpet. It was easy to put this chair together - no complications. The chair is heavy, some people may need help to put the backrest on the seat and then the backrest and seat on the base. Assembly took about 30 minutes. The necessary tools are supplied with the chair. I spend more time studying and reading on my computer and very little time playing Xbox so this chair should last a long time. Overall I am very happy with the chair. and that is quality.
