I like its easy user interface and it's ability to integrate with other platforms. It also has an inbuilt API builder that allows one to easily create REST applications. The UI could be improved. A better and smoother experience would have been great. One of our biggest pain points was solving how to effectively aggregate and present all the data we were collecting from across multiple systems. With the help of mulesoft, we can now easily collect different types of data from different sources and easily connect them together with ease. I like that it is very easy to use and the customer support is excellent! I also like that it is very flexible and can be used for a number of different purposes. I dislike that it is not free and the pricing is a bit high. I would recommend this product to others. I am solving the problem of allowing users to access their data on the cloud. I am also solving the problem of allowing users to access their data in a more secure way.
