Fan and foam for spares

I've been using this as an aftercooler on an 07 gearbox for a while. Works great except for one small thing. The clearance between the screen and the cooler is to help airflow for the fan I think. The problem is that the glue gets sucked up and gets into the fan. Queue creepy noises. Otherwise great cooler and fan.
