We have a small caravan and need unbreakable panels. I don't like melamine and Corelle is out of the question. It doesn't break often, but the way it shatters into tiny pieces in the process would be a disaster in a small trailer. Enter stainless steel. These panels have a solid construction and fold well. They have a rolled edge that tends to hold water droplets when washed and can be a little stubborn to shake off. But the rim adds stability and rigidity, so it seems necessary. I gave them 4 stars because they have a slight bulge in the middle. This is very minor and doesn't bother us, but I want to point it out.
